What is our returns policy?

RETURNS POLICY FOR DECATHLON MEMBERS:
At Decathlon we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our dedication to customer satisfaction.
Exclusively for Decathlon Members (excluding B2B Decathlon Members), we allow up to 365 days to return unwanted products (unused, clean and in their original packaging), subject to the below conditions and exclusions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
*Please note that in order to take advantage of the Decathlon Membership benefits, you must ensure that you provide your Decathlon Membership when you make your purchase.
We will then be able to find electronic copies of your receipts in your Membership account.
If you forget to scan your Membership at the time of purchase in store, that specific purchase will not qualify for the benefits of Decathlon Membership, including the 365 days’ returns.
RETURNS POLICY FOR NON-DECATHLON MEMBERS:
You have the right to return unwanted products (unused, clean and in their original packaging) up to 30 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase, subject to the below conditions and exclusions.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns of:
- products that have been used, are unclean or are not in their original packaging.
- products that are damaged on purpose or not properly maintained.
- products used outside of their intended means or not in accordance with their instructions (including products used for commercial purposes).
- products subject to normal wear and tear.
- personalised products.
- perishable products such as food and drink, gas canisters and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) due to health and safety reasons
*NOTE - based on our assessment (condition of the product and length/frequency of use), we reserve the right to accept or refuse a return, and in the case of an accepted return, we will choose the most suitable solution (repair, exchange, partial or full refund).
