I have a problem with my Domyos fitness machine. What do I do?

If you’re having issues with your Domyos machine, you’ll need to visit Support Site and submit a claim directly with our dedicated technical support team.
You can also contact our Technical Services Team by submitting this form - Technical request form
They’ll advise on any issues you may have regarding assembly, missing parts, faulty items or manufacturing defects within a few days - if need be, they’ll send out an engineer to come and have a look at the problem for you.
If your machine can’t be fixed, you can contact the Customer Loyalty Team to arrange a return and you’ll be able to request either a refund or in some cases, a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE: online order numbers starting DCUK are still covered by warranty however we're no longer able to replace these items.
If no spare parts are available, we can issue a refund.
