How to return via Post?

Make sure you write your name and order number on a piece of paper and put it inside the package or your refund will not be processed
To return the item via post, you will need to create an online return form.
Step 1: Creating a return on your Decathlon account:
1. When on Decathlon website , click on “My Account” and login using your email address and password
2. Click on “My Purchases”
3. Click on “Make a Return”
4. Select the item(s) you want to return
5. Select the return reason
6. Validate your return
Step 2: To create your pre-paid label, please click the following link
You can either print this label out (if you have a printer) at home or Royal Mail can print the label for you. All you need to do is take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office Branch - The Post Office will then scan the QR code and print the label for you - both options are totally free.
