How do I create an online return?

Click on “My Account” and login using your email address and password
Click on “My Purchases”
Click on “Make a Return”
Select the item(s) you want to return
Select the return reason
Validate your return
Write your order number on a piece of paper and include this inside the parcel
Please note: If you are trying to return a marketplace product (sold and shipped by our third party partners) you can find out more details about how to return marketplace products.
Marketplace products CAN NOT be returned in stores!

Please include in your parcel a written note stating your order number (or shipping group number).
Without this detail we won’t be able to take action on your return.
If you change your mind and want tot return it in store, you'll need to cancel your online return request first.

If you have several orders to return, you can return them at the same time.
Don't forget to complete the returns process for each individual order and include all the returns information inside the parcel.
