Can I create a return on the Decathlon app?

Yes, you can return using the app
All you need to do is:
1. Click on ‘My account’ icon
2. Click on 'My purchases'
3. Click on 'Return'
4. Follow the steps from there
If you have several items to return you can include them all in one package - just make sure you create a return for every item and include a form for each one inside.
