I created an online account in another country. Can I use this on the UK website?

Unfortunately you will not be able to log into decathlon.co.uk with an account you have created in another country.

You can either: Register with us using a different email address Delete your account in the respective country by logging in or contacting the customer service team in the country the account was created in.

To create your new account please follow these steps

Click on ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner of our website

Click ‘Create An Account’ Enter your email address and confirm it is correct

Complete the form providing your personal information (make sure all starred* fields are filled in)

Confirm you have read out Teams of Use

enter a password and click ‘Save Changes’

You will receive an email confirming that your account has been created and you are ready to go!
