How does MarketPlace work?

Marketplace items bought in store with the support of our teammates follow the same process as marketplace items purchased online.
All of the information below, including terms and conditions, applies.
Decathlon Marketplace acts as a platform linking buyers and sellers, so that you can enjoy a wider range of sports products from our trusted partners!
You will be able to tell if the product you would like to purchase is from the marketplace, as will be described as "sold and shipped by a third party seller" on the product page.
To find out which Decathlon Partner you purchased from you can:
1. Click on "My Account" on the Decathlon website
2. On the left you will see "Purchases" click on this (This will display all items purchased)
3. Click on the item you wish to return
4. At the top it will state "Sold and Shipped by....." - This is your Decathlon Partner
5. You can find the seller's terms of sale, return policy and instructions, by clicking on the seller's name
Please note that we are unable to cancel your Marketplace orders, as the order is sent to their warehouse once placed.
This also means that addresses cannot be amended after purchase.
Please also note that marketplace sellers on the UK website will only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
Each seller also varies in their restrictions, including whether they ship to Northern Ireland.
Please check the seller's terms of sale before purchasing as your order may be cancelled/refunded (accessible from their product pages).
