How do I return an online order placed using guest checkout?

Make sure you write your name and order number on a piece of paper and put it inside the package or your refund will not be processed (GB NUMBER NOT GBFF)*

Once you receive your order placed using guest checkout you will have 30 days to return your item/items.

You can return your item to any Decathlon store, via post, or at your local ASDA.

You can either print this label out (if you have a printer) at home or Royal Mail can print the label for you.

All you need to do is take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office Branch.

The Post Office will then scan the QR code and print the label for you.

Choose 'Decathlon UK' in the 'Pick your retailer' section and enter your details to download your unique label.

Returns By Asda:

If you are returning via ASDA and received an Asda ToYou return label, attach this to your parcel

If not, visit the Asda ToYou website to print a label at home, or alternatively, you can print one in-store

Take your labelled parcel to the ToYou returns point or hand it to a member of staff at your closest Asda store and remember to keep your receipt to be able to track your return
